Artist's Description

This is the confluence of the Green River and Colorado River in Canyonlands National Park, viewed from the remote Maze District southwest of the confluence. The rivers join in a thousand foot deep canyon through the layered sedimentary rocks. This overlook is visible from a backcountry hike originating at the Dollhouse in the Maze.
