This overlook is from the Specimen Ridge Petrified Forest Trail, with a view across the area commonly known as "Little America" in the northern part of Yellowstone National Park. Along this steep trail are petrified trees from long ago.

I specialize in fine art nature photography, with particular emphasis on the U.S. west including Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
